I had every intention of being at the Barnes & Noble every Thursday night from 7-9. Who is planning on this?

I say, "had every intention" because my kiddo has tonsillitis all of a sudden, and I really hate to leave her with a sitter only to end up being there by myself.

Is anyone planning to meet up? Would anyone be interested in an online write-in instead? We can hijack the same chat room we used for NaNoWriMo at:

I have to be honest, I don't remember the registration process too well because I registered a year and a half ago, but once you're in -

There are normally a couple of "lurkers" in there, people who are always logged on, so if you're all alone just hang in there, someone will probably show up soon.

Thoughts? Ideas? Suggestions? I can do any evening Tuesday - Friday if a different night works better to meet up. I'd say I can be in chat every night, but I have to get my writing done too. ;)

Shoot, I wish I knew I'd have company before I cancelled my sitter. I was just picturing myself sitting there alone - which never bothers me under normal circumstances, but I'd feel terribly guilty tonight.

Anyway - sorry for the last-minute change. I am planning to be out for the rest of the Thursdays this month. Tonight I will be in chat around 7:00 - everyone else - please drop in if you're online!

IN THEORY I should be able to make the next two. Maybe Cass or any other lakeshore peeps will want to carpool over? This week I couldn't have done it even if I had seen the post in time and remembered what day of the week it was.

I SOOOOO wanted to come tonight. Had every intention of being there but had to abandon my plans when an unexpected family obligation arose. I hope to make it next week and meet some of you! How was the write-in?? Full of bursts of creativity??

Hah, a little quiet, as it was just kess & myself, but we wrote 19 pages between the two of us! So, successful, I'd say! :)
